As of June 30th, 2026, K2 Principal Fund has demonstrated active management within its portfolio. The fund's holdings underwent notable changes during the second quarter compared to the previous period.

The investor, K2 Principal Fund, focused on acquiring positions in several key areas. The Technology sector saw a significant boost with purchases of shares in PENNYMAC FINL SVCS INC NEW (PFSI), ALPHABET INC (GOOG), and NOKIA CORP (NOK). In the Consumer Cyclical space, DAUCH CORP (AXL) experienced substantial buying activity. Basic Materials gained through acquisitions of RAYONIER ADVANCED MATLS INC (RYAM) shares.

Specifically, PFSI saw a nearly 97% increase in its stake during Q2. Similarly, GLD, the SPDR Gold Trust, increased by over 120%. The fund also significantly expanded its position in BORGWARNER INC (BWA) and COLLIERS INTL GROUP INC (CIGI). Furthermore, RMAX was added to the portfolio with a 100% increase.

In contrast, K2 Principal Fund also recorded notable sales during this quarter. The Communication Services sector experienced an exit from PENNYMAC FINL SVCS INC NEW (PFSI) and STAGWELL INC (STGW). In Healthcare, there was a significant reduction in the position of ARS PHARMACEUTICALS INC (SPRY), with over 73% sold.
