As part of its ongoing portfolio management process, the New York State Teachers Retirement System (NYS Tires) has reported changes to several holdings as of June 30th, 2026. This institutional investor continues to actively manage its large $538 million portfolio.

The most notable activity involves substantial reductions in positions within major technology companies. The fund sold a significant number of shares in NVIDIA Corporation (NVDA), reducing its stake by approximately -5.1% compared to the previous period, and similarly decreased Apple Inc.'s (AAPL) holdings by about -4.85%. Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) also saw a notable reduction, with NYS Tires cutting its position by roughly -4.94%, while Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) experienced a smaller decrease of around -4.12%.

Conversely, the fund demonstrated strong buying interest in certain sectors outside technology during this period. Holdings in KLA Corporation (KLAC), a Technology company, increased significantly by about 859.17%. Booking Holdings Inc. (BKNG) saw its Consumer Cyclical position grow substantially due to approximately 2210.17% increase in shares purchased. Similarly, Marvel Entertainment Group Inc. Additionally, the fund made smaller adjustments elsewhere, including reducing its position in AT T Inc. (T) within Communication Services and decreasing holdings in large-cap stocks like Bank of America Corp. (BAC) and Pfizer Inc. (PFE).

This quarter's filing confirms NYS Tires' active management approach, with significant sales from top tech names and notable purchases across other sectors including Energy. The fund continues to diversify its holdings while strategically adjusting exposure based on market conditions.
