As reported for the period ending June 30, 2026, Sageguard Financial Group LLC's portfolio saw a dynamic shift characterized by strategic buying and selling activities. The total portfolio value remained substantial at $645 million.

The investor's actions this quarter were particularly evident in their holdings of exchange-traded funds (ETFs) and fixed income securities, alongside some individual stocks showing significant changes. Notable purchases included large increases in ETF shares like FIDELITY COVINGTON TRUST (FENY), AB ACTIVE ETFS INC (HYFI), T ROWE PRICE EXCHANGE-TRADED (TMSL), FIRST TR EXCHNG TRADED FD VI (BUFR), and VANGUARD WORLD FD (VGT).

Conversely, the investor significantly reduced their positions in certain fixed income holdings. Shares of ISHARES TR (IUSB) decreased by 53%, while ISHARES TR (IEF) saw a nearly 60% reduction in weight during this quarter.

The most pronounced buying activity involved FIDELITY COVINGTON TRUST (FENY), where the number of shares increased dramatically by 85.62%. Similarly, AB ACTIVE ETFS INC (HYFI) experienced a massive 355.79% increase in its share count.

On the selling side, ISHARES TR (IUSB) was divested significantly, with shares down over 50%, specifically reduced by 53%. The substantial reduction in IEFF holdings also highlights a clear exit strategy from these fixed income trusts this quarter.

In addition to major shifts, the investor adjusted smaller positions and exited some previously held individual stocks. These include reductions in holdings like J P MORGAN EXCHANGE TRADED FUNDS (JEPI), COCA COLA CO (KO), CATERPILLAR INC (CAT), AMAZON COM INC (AMZN), MICROSOFT CORP (MSFT), and others, alongside the noted changes to ETFs.
