As of June 30th, 2026, Vistica Wealth Advisors, Llc has shown significant activity within their investment portfolio. The firm increased its holdings across multiple funds managed by Dimensional Fund Advisors and Vanguard.

Prominent Purchases in Dimensional ETFs

Vistica significantly expanded its position in the Dimensional Fund Advisors Dimensional European Small Cap Value ETF (BSVO). This quarter, they added 4.51% more shares to this holding, which now represents a substantial 15.24% of their total portfolio value.

Furthermore, Vistica demonstrated strong buying interest in the Vanguard FTSE Social Grade Income Fund (BSV), increasing its stake by an impressive 31.22%. This resulted in BSV's allocation growing to nearly 4% within the $115 million portfolio.

The firm also continued to build exposure with the Vanguard FTSE SC US Small Cap ex-US Index Fund (VGIT). They added shares, increasing its position by 15.47%, pushing its portfolio weight up to 5%. This indicates confidence in small-cap U.S. equities outside of their domestic holdings.

Strategic Additions and Minor Adjustments

Vistica welcomed a new holding this quarter: the Dimensional Fund Advisors Dimensional ETF TRUST (DFNM). The firm initiated a position in this fund, acquiring shares that now contribute 0.88% to the portfolio.

Among other notable changes, Vistica purchased shares of Vanguard Variable Insurance Trust - Malvern Fund (VTIP), adding approximately 18.11% more shares and increasing its allocation slightly to 2.51%. This suggests interest in emerging market opportunities focused on large-cap companies.

Portfolio Reallocations and Disposals

In contrast, Vistica also made adjustments to some existing Dimensional holdings. The fund saw a slight reduction of about 0.46% in the Dimensional European Small Cap Value ETF (DFAT), while its position in the Dimensional Variable Insurance Trust - Small Cap ex-US Equity Fund (DFUV) decreased by nearly 1%. These changes are relatively minor compared to other activities.

Additionally, Vistica disposed of some shares from the Vanguard Variable Insurance Trust - Small Cap Value Institutional Fund (DISV), reducing its allocation slightly. The Dimensional Variable Insurance Trust - Small Cap ex-US Equity Fund (DFIV) also saw a reduction in this quarter's activity.
